Delivery - postage and handling is to be paid on all orders.
 

Returned Goods Policy - Verbal authorisation is required to receive credit.  All product is to be returned prepaid.           

 

Credit or refund will be issued for all items which are resalable, less accounting fee.  Refund or credit on over-orders is not acceptable.
